FullFace Lifting

A planned, non-surgical lift of the whole face using fillers, threads and toxin together.

FullFace Lifting is a non-surgical approach that treats the face as one structure instead of separate wrinkles. Support is restored where it has been lost with age: temples, cheekbones, jawline and chin with hyaluronic acid filler; absorbable threads add lift where tissue has descended; botulinum toxin softens the muscles that pull features down. It suits mild to moderate ageing and is not a replacement for a surgical facelift.
Procedure time
60–90 minutes
Downtime
Swelling or bruising for 3–7 days
Results visible
Visible at once; settles over 2–4 weeks
Sessions
One main session and a 2-week review; maintenance at 9–12 months

Who it suits

  • Flattening cheeks and hollow temples
  • A softening jawline and early jowls
  • A tired look that single treatments have not changed
  • Patients who want a natural lift without surgery

How the appointment runs

  • 1

    Full-face analysis

Bone support, fat pads, skin quality and muscle pull are assessed from front, side and in motion.

  • 2

    Staged plan

The order and amount of each product are set in writing. Large corrections are split over two visits.

  • 3

    Treatment

Support is built from the upper face down, then threads and toxin are placed. Numbing is used throughout.

  • 4

    Review

At two weeks the balance is checked and small refinements are made.

Aftercare

  • Sleep on your back with the head raised for 3–5 nights
  • Avoid facial massage, sauna and intense exercise for 1 week
  • Postpone dental work for 2 weeks

Risks and side effects

Swelling, bruising and tenderness are common and temporary. Each component carries its own risks: filler can rarely block a blood vessel, threads can be felt or need removal, and toxin can briefly affect expression if it spreads. Combining treatments raises the total amount of product, which is why the plan is conservative and may be staged.

Questions about this treatment

Is FullFace Lifting the same as a facelift?

No. It restores support and gives a lift without incisions. Heavy sagging or loose skin is better treated surgically, and you will be told so.

Will I look overfilled?

The aim is to replace what has been lost, not add volume. Doses start low and the review visit is used to refine.

Why not treat each area separately?

Areas support each other. Lifting the cheekbone, for example, changes the lower face, so planning the whole face avoids chasing individual lines.
